In partnership wih AERO-ENGINEERING srl. EASA 21J.733P company, AES provides services for repairs and changes (modifications) of exterior liveries, covering cabin interiors, galleys, electrical system and avionics as well as other related interior equipment.
Our engineering staff has a dedicated experience in Design Office activities and compliace verification engineering.
Easa Part 21J privileges for the engineering activities are:
Design Major changes on Airplane and Helicopter ( small and large without any limitation ) on :
- Electronic and Avionics System
- Structures
- Interior
- Cabin Safety
Design Major repair on Airframe of Airplane and Helicopter
Design and approve Major repair on STC where AES is a STC Holder
Issuing the operational procedures regarding the design activity done
Design and compliance activity on the Operational Suitability Data FCD, CCD and MMEL.
Design and Approve MINOR changes on Airplane and Helicopter (small and large without any limitation) on:
- Electronic and Avionics System
- Structures
- Interior
- Cabin Safety
Design and approve MINOR repair on Airplane and Helicopter (small and large without any limitation).
ENGINEERING ACTIVITY
Aes offers support for main Engineering Activities:
- Coordination between Operators and Maintenance Repair Organisations to optimize the work order
- Analysis of Manufacturer Service Bulletin scheduled
- Analysis of the Airworthiness Directive scheduled
- Analysis of the discrepancies found during the maintenance
- Engineering support for structural repair within and beyond the limits of the approved data
- Complete Engineering assessment for structural evaluation
- Maintenance document verification and check
- Maintenance program and reliability analysis
